xDeze stage 6 Big racing kit is een echte topper op het gebied van prijs, vermogen en betrouwbaarheid. Wij durven te zeggen dat dit de beste cilinderkit is voor het geld.
De cilinderkit bevat:
- 77cc cilinder, aluminium, boring 50 mm, met 5 transferpoorten en vlinderpoort
- 1-ring Vertex-zuiger, d. 50 mm
- Cilinderkop met hoge compressie, aluminium
- Pakkingset (basis- en koppakkingen)
- Installatie is niet moeilijk, laat door ons de cilinder inmeten en weet zeker dat je de juiste zuiger tot cilinderwand clearance krijgt. Deze kit past direct op je carter zonder enige modificatie, wij raden het alleen wel aan om je carter de 'flowen' zodat de spoelpoorten overeen komen
- Wat het vermogen betreft, kloppen de BigRacing-cilinders buiten de verwachtingen: we hebben maar liefst 20,5 pk en 12 Nm (op het wiel!) gemeten op onze testbank met de volgende setup; (28mm PWK carburateur, binnenrotor ontsteking, race-uitlaat etc.).
- De poorttiming is relatief laag, het volume van het koelsysteem is vrij groot en de zuiger is een Vertex-zuiger van topkwaliteit. Al deze factoren dragen bij aan de hoge betrouwbaarheid en robuustheid van de cilinder, op voorwaarde dat de opstelling en afstellingen correct zijn.
De cilinderinhoud bedraagt 77 cc (50 mm zuiger) en is daarom (in veel landen) niet straatlegaal. Bij deze kit is het noodzakelijk een versterkte krukas met standaardslag te monteren.
De buitenkant van de cilinder bevat een 49,99cc afdruk.
